Hi! I’m Anelys

I am a professional/life coach and a mental health counselor with a background in psychology and mental health counseling. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University. My passion has always been to help people navigate life’s challenges and build a path toward resilience, fulfillment, and joy.

Through my experience working with individuals facing stress, anxiety, and major life transitions, I realized something powerful: true transformation isn’t just about managing emotions—it’s about restructuring your life in a way that supports your well-being. Your daily habits, relationships, work environment, hobbies, and even your perception of the world all shape your mental and emotional health.
